Adhesive Application Systems

Kaymich gravity and pump fed adhesive application systems are known for their quality and reliability in delivery PVA on cigarette making machines.

Key features of gravity fed systems are:

• Gravity suitable for speeds up to 8000cpm and subject to adhesive specification employed.
• Both the gravity fed and pump fed Side Seam Adhesive Application Systems incorporate the Kaymich side seam applicator, which has a diaphragm seal eliminating adhesive entering the working parts of the applicator, providing reliability.
• Optional manual or automatic retracting stand. Fine adjustment of the applicator to paper position is offered by both options.
• Adhesive application relative to machine speed.
• No moving parts during application.
• Integral shorts blower removes tobacco shorts from the seam of the cigarette rod.
