ERBATECH offers the SCOUT® series of ranges for this application. the SCOUT modular machine concept is combining excellent washing and bleaching results with high productivity and lowest water, energy and chemical consumption.

Its strength is the universal application ranging from sensitive knitted fabrics including high elastan contents and rolling edges, to heavy and pile materials with or without elastan.

Prewashing

ERBATECH washing ranges combine several proven modules in order to achieve perfect prewashing and relaxation results. Washing in continuous ranges is the perfect preparation before heat setting. It can be executed in several steps with counterflow liquor guidance. The bath separation between stages as well as the final hydro extraction can be done with squeezing units or vacuum application.

Bleaching

Bleaching in our open-width ranges is executed with a pad-steam bleaching process. It combines a two step chemical process that a) demineralises the fabric and b) bleaches the fabric using Peroxide/Alkali liquor in combination with a steam atmosphere. Bleaching ranges vary in size and are available from 300 to 1200 kg/h. The process is highly economical in water/steam/chemical consumption as compared with discontinuous machines (details can be provided).

Washing after Dyeing/Printing 

Washing after dyeing is a process that requires the right combination of temperature/time/mechanics and chemistry. Our washing ranges are optimized for each application and required capacity and provide the right mixture of these four parameters. We have extensive experience from world-renowned finishers around the world which are relying on our equipment.

Wovens 

Erbatech has produced continuous processing ranges for woven fabrics since the beginning of the 1990's. The modular machine concept of SCOUT® for wovens is combining excellent washing and bleaching results with high productivity and lowest water/energy/chemical consumption.

Machines can be executed with roller or drum type washing compartments, depending on the application requirements. The ranges can be equipped with squeezing units or vacuum technology for bath separation and final hydroextraction.

Singeing / Desizing

ERBATECH is integrating singe units from reputed suppliers (e.g. Osthoff) into their ranges for singeing/desizing of the fabrics. Desizing can be executed as cold pad batch desizing with following washing or as continuous desizing with steamer.

Bleaching

Bleaching in the state-of-the-art ranges is executed with a pad-steam bleaching process. Bleaching ranges vary in size and are available from 30 to 100 m/min running speed. The process is designed for highest economy in water/steam/chemical consumption. Special attention is given to impeccable fabric run and avoidance of creases. Tension sensor and different drive concepts allow running fabrics with single or double directional elastan contents. 

Washing after Dyeing / Printing

The rollers are made of solid stainless steel and combined with a sophisticated sealing, bearing and drive system.
